February Sign of the Month- 1920 Harley-Davidson WJ Sport Twin Gas Tank
This Harley-Davidson 1920 WJ Sport Twin, with its' 37 Cubic inch air cooled horizontally opposed twin cylinder engine, looks great in its' green livery. The lettering on the tank is superb. Introduced in 1919, it was in production until 1923, when it was discontinued due to poor sales. Next month's Sign of the Month will continue with an early example from H-D's biggest rival. To me, a gas tank is rolling advertising, a mobile sign if you like. This bike can be seen at the Trev Deeley Museum in Vancouver, B.C.

Sandy Hut Bar and Lounge Beach Tiki Themed Sign- Portland, Oregon
Cool vintage bar sign and building. I like the way they keep the old buildings operating as businesses in Portland, and all the old signage. Imagine this lounge with a modern sign? It wouldn't be right.

Old Gas Station Building Surrey, B.C.
This is an old gas station I have driven by hundreds of times, and I remember when it was a working garage. Unfortunately, it has fallen into disrepair. And it's only a matter of time before it's knocked down. It's too bad that historical buildings and sites are not valued here.

Neon Moto Guzzi Dealership Sign- Kelly's Olympian, Portland, Oregon
Great sign! Would look good in my garage! Kelly's Olympian is full of cool motorcycle signs and vintage British and European motorcycles. Excellent food as well.

August Sign of the Month- Tip Top Cleaners Neon Sign, Portland, Oregon
On a trip to Oregon a few weeks back I had the chance to wander and take pictures of more of the cool old signs that are still in use in Portland. This one is a very nice example of a neon sign. I would like to see it lit up at night.
