March Sign of the Month- Don Mee Seafood Restaurant Sign, Victoria, B. C.

This great sign is in Victoria's historic Chinatown.  I remember these types of signs were everywhere when I was a kid. Now they are few and far between.  It's good to see people and businesses still using them.

George Barris, RIP

I met George Barris at a local custom car show a few years back, and he was a very nice man.  My friend and I talked cars with him for awhile, as he had nobody at his booth at the time.  He was more than willing to talk to us, and you could tell he was a real people person.

Letters To Grace Sticker/Decal

This decal/sticker has sat exposed to the elements for a long time. The power of Vinyl printing ink!

October Sign of the Month- 7-UP Delivery Truck 1930's or 1940's

I'm not to sure of the year or the make of this truck, but it sure caught my eye at a local car show.  Great graphics, even though they're vinyl.

September Sign of the Month- Hand-lettered Fargo Pick-up Truck

I like the work on this truck, partly because I have an old Shur-Gain work jacket and partly because I have been to Westlock. Once. For a wedding.

Paul Pigat Live!

I had the chance to see one of my favourite guitar players at Harrison Hot Springs this summer. Paul Pigat played songs from his acoustic Boxcar Campfire project.

2015 Spit n Shine Motorcycle Show

Here are some interesting chopper style bikes I saw at this year's show. It was a packed crowd and a very warm Vancouver summer day.
